Privacy matters to us, so we keep this simple. Here's what we collect on this site, what we do with it, and why your operational data always stays yours. No fine-print surprises.

In short: we only ask for what we need to help you. This site (infinary.io) collects just the basics needed to set up your free audit and answer your questions. This includes:

  • Your name and work email.
  • Your company name and the industry you're in.
  • A rough picture of the business software you use today.

Our promise: Infinary does not sell, rent, or hand your personal information to outside data brokers. We use what you share only to understand your needs and talk through your options.

YOU_OWN_YOUR_DATA

Unlike companies that rent you software by the month, Infinary is built so you own your data. We never own, mine, or sell the information inside your ERPNext (your all-in-one business software). All of your day-to-day data lives only in your own Google Cloud account, and you hold the only keys that unlock it.

Cookies & Analytics

We use privacy-respecting analytics to monitor site performance and improve user experience. These tools collect anonymized usage data (e.g., page views, browser types) and do not track individual users across the wider web.

Third-Party Tools

We may use Google Cloud logging and security tools to keep our own systems safe. These are governed by Google's Cloud Data Processing Addendum (CDPA), which holds them to a high, business-grade standard of protection.
