Approvals
Clear the queue from anywhere.
Workflow approvals and agent drafts land in one inbox. Approve from the list or from the document, under the same rules as the Desk: if you can't approve it there, you can't approve it here.
Scan
BetaScan it, find it.
Item barcodes, serial numbers, batches and asset tags. Point the camera and Kremio opens the matching document, or scan straight into the field you are filling in.

Offline
BetaNo signal, no problem.
Your administrator turns on sync for the roles that need it. Edits, new documents, photos and approvals wait on the phone and go when the signal comes back. If someone changed the same document meanwhile, Kremio shows you both: keep yours, keep theirs, or choose field by field.

On any saved document, ask Aria. It answers with your permissions, from your phone, and says so when it can't open something. A draft it proposes waits for you to approve it.
Your ERP, not a template
Every DocType. Even yours.
Kremio builds its forms from your site, so custom fields and custom DocTypes appear with no app update. It keeps to your site's permissions, workflows and print formats, and shares any document as a PDF in them.
Extensions and apps
Your apps, on the phone.
Apps on your site can add buttons to documents and tiles to the home screen, and Kremio shows what they return: a message, a document, a list or a table. Your other Frappe apps, such as Frappe HR or Helpdesk, open in the phone's browser already signed in.
Safety
Locked to your site.
There's no Kremio account. You sign in to your own ERPNext, and the app shows only what you could open in the Desk.

Kremio, honestly
Is there an iPhone app?
Not yet. Kremio is an Android beta today, for Infinary customers. iPhone and the app stores come next. Join the list and we'll email you when it's ready; we haven't set a date.
Does it work offline?
Yes, in beta. Your administrator turns on sync for the roles that need it, and the documents those roles use are kept on the phone. Edits, new documents, photos, comments and approvals made offline are sent when the connection comes back. If someone changed the same document on the site meanwhile, Kremio shows both versions and you choose, field by field. It's built, but we're still checking it on real phones, which is why it's labelled beta.
What does it cost?
Kremio is included with every Infinary plan. There is nothing extra to buy.
Does it work with my ERPNext?
Kremio works with the ERPNext sites Infinary runs, on v16 or newer. It talks to your site through Kremio Connect, a companion app that's already installed on every Infinary site, and it uses your site's own DocTypes, permissions, workflows and print formats.
Is my data on the phone?
Only what your administrator chooses to sync, and only what you're allowed to see. Sign-in tokens are kept in the phone's Keychain or Keystore, and signing out wipes the site's data from the phone. Aria conversations aren't stored on the phone, and the app has no ads, analytics or tracking.
Can I use it with Claude?
Yes. On Kremio's profile screen, Connect an AI app gives your site's address for AI apps such as Claude, with the steps to add it as a connector. Claude then works with your site as you, with your permissions, including from the Claude app on your phone. It shows when your administrator has turned on AI-app access (MCP) for the site. What Claude reads from your site goes to Claude's provider, under your own Claude account.
