The assistant in your ERP
Ask your ERP anything.
It answers as you.
Aria lives in ERPNext and in the Kremio app. It reads with your permissions, nobody else's, so it can't show you a record you couldn't open yourself.
Which of Acme's invoices are overdue?
Two are overdue, $18,240.00 in all:
- ACC-SINV-2026-00391$12,600.00 · 34 days
- ACC-SINV-2026-00402$5,640.00 · 12 days
I read 6 Sales Invoices for Acme Supply Co. and its payment ledger.
I can prepare a reminder to Acme. You review it before anything goes out.
Same question, two answers
Same Aria. Different people. Different answers.
Ask about last quarter's payroll. Your controller gets the figures. Your warehouse lead gets "I can't open payroll with your permissions." That isn't a setting you have to remember. It's how Aria works.
What did payroll cost us last quarter?
Aria
Payroll for July to September came to $412,880.00, across 3 Payroll Entries:
- HR-PRUN-2026-00007
- HR-PRUN-2026-00008
- HR-PRUN-2026-00009
Read with your access to Payroll Entry.

The signed pass
Your site signs every question.
Each question carries a short pass your own site signs: who is asking, in which conversation, good for fifteen minutes. No pass, no answer. Aria's own account can't read a thing.
Who, where, how long
The pass names the person and the conversation, and it expires after 15 minutes. A pass for one site never works on another.
Your site's own key
It's signed with a key derived from your site's encryption key, which never leaves your site. Infinary's hub never sees the pass, or who asked.
Read-only, as you
Under a pass, Aria gets read tools only, and every check runs as you: documents, fields, reports.
Action mode · add-on
Aria proposes. You decide.
Aria can prepare the sales order, the reply or the journal entry. Nothing is submitted until you confirm it, on your own login, with your own permissions. The record notes “Submitted via Aria”.
Action mode is an add-on for any plan, with no per-action fee.
Here's the sales order I'd create for Acme Supply Co. Nothing is saved until you confirm.

On the record
Every call, on the record.
Each call Aria makes lands in your site's Action Log, with your name, Aria's, and the conversation it came from. Agents' calls carry the agent and its run. Rows are kept for 90 days by default.

Specialists
Calls in specialists, on a short leash.
On plans with agents, from Operations up, Aria can hand work to Infinary's agents. Each agent has its own user that can touch only the documents it was built for. When a new version wants more, it waits for your System Manager to approve it.
Turn on “Agents run as a person” in your ERP and every call an agent makes needs both its permission and the permission of the person it runs as. Agents draft; people approve.

Common questions
Aria, plainly
Can Aria see salaries?
Only if you can. Aria reads with the permissions of the person asking. Someone who can open payroll in ERPNext gets payroll answers. Someone who can't gets "I can't open that with your permissions."
Does Aria submit anything?
Not on its own. Aria reads and answers. In action mode it proposes a change, such as a sales order, a reply or a journal entry, and nothing is submitted until you confirm it, on your own login, with your own permissions. The record notes "Submitted via Aria".
Which models does it use?
Gemini, on Google's Vertex AI, by default. A System Manager on your site chooses which models people may pick, from those Vertex AI offers in your own Google Cloud project.
Where does my data go?
Aria runs inside your site and calls Google's Vertex AI from your own Google Cloud project. What Aria reads to answer you goes to the model to write the answer. Your records stay in your ERPNext. The details for your IT lead are on the Aria permissions page.
Who can use Aria?
Anyone who signs in to your ERPNext as a user: Desk users, and Employee Self Service users, who see only their own records. Portal users, such as your customers and suppliers, can't.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes, in Kremio, Infinary's mobile app for ERPNext, which is in Android beta for Infinary customers. Aria answers there with your permissions, and Kremio doesn't keep your Aria chats on the phone. iPhone and the app stores come next.
What happens if we turn it off?
A System Manager turns Aria off in Infinary Controls Settings. The launcher leaves the Desk and Aria leaves Kremio. Your records stay as they are, including anything someone submitted via Aria, and the Action Log keeps its history.
