How is Infinary's pricing different from NetSuite or SAP?
Old all-in-one systems charge a recurring fee for every employee who logs in, so cost grows with headcount. Infinary charges a flat management fee (from $200/mo) plus your raw Google Cloud computing passed through at cost — with unlimited users. As you grow, your per-employee cost stays at zero.
What's included in the base plan?

What does Safe Harbor add over the free plan?
Safe Harbor ($99/mo) sits between free Core Care and Foundation. It adds the two things most businesses want the moment they have real data: managed daily backups that get you running again fast, and an automatic undo if an update fails. Coming soon to the tier: updates tested on a private copy of your own system before they're applied (Core Care tests against a standard setup; Safe Harbor will test against yours). It's still fully self-serve — no contracts, no calls, no included human hours. The day you want a human managing, watching, and answering, that's Foundation at $200/mo.
When should I upgrade from the free plan?
Let the moment decide, not a calendar. Most teams reach for Safe Harbor ($99/mo) the day they have real data they can't afford to lose — it adds managed backups, fast recovery, and an automatic undo if an update fails. You'll want Foundation ($200/mo) the day you'd rather a human watched and answered, not just automation. And you'll switch on action-mode AI the day you want the assistant to actually do the work — send the invoice, post the entry — instead of only telling you the answer. Until then, stay on Core Care for free, forever.
How does action-mode AI billing work — can I cap it?
Yes, and the cap is yours. Action-mode AI is billed by the action — fractions of a cent each — only when the assistant actually does something, never a fixed subscription you might not use. It requires a card on file and a hard monthly ceiling you set; you watch a live cost meter and bulk actions ask for confirmation first. If you hit your ceiling, it stops. There is no surprise bill.
Can I pay annually, and is there a discount?
Yes. Pay a year at a time on any management plan and you get two months free — about 17% off versus paying month to month. You can also stay monthly with no penalty; the choice is yours, and there's still no long-term contract either way.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Yes — managed plans carry a 30-day money-back guarantee on the management fee. If a plan isn't right for you in the first 30 days, we refund that month's fee, and your system keeps running in your own Google Cloud regardless. Google Cloud computing (passed through at cost) and any scoped one-off work like a data move are billed as used.
What if I need more engineering hours than my plan includes?
Your plan's included hours are used first and bank for 90 days. Beyond that, additional senior engineering time is $85/hour — billed only when you use it, never as a standing fee — and volume discounts apply as your committed hours grow.
Are there contracts, setup commitments, or cancellation fees?
No long-term contract and no cancellation fee — paid plans are month to month, and you can move up, down, or out whenever you like. Because your system runs in your own Google Cloud on your own keys, leaving just means we step back: your ERPNext keeps running and your data and code stay exactly where they are. Setup and data-move work is scoped and quoted up front as a separate one-off, so you always know a number before anything starts.
Do I own my data and my system?
Yes. ERPNext runs inside your own Google Cloud project, you hold the only keys that unlock your data, and if we ever part ways you take your data and code with you. You're never locked in to us.
How long does an ERPNext implementation take?
