A Managed Platform.
A Roster of Agents.

One flat fee runs the system your business runs on — managed, patched, and watched by a person. Step up and a roster of AI agents joins it, drafting the work and waiting for your approval. Google Cloud is passed through at cost, and there is never a charge for every employee who logs in.

Your Cloud, Your Keys — On Every Plan We Sell

Every old all-in-one system holds your system hostage to your subscription — stop paying and you're locked out of your own data. We do the opposite: it runs in your Google Cloud on your keys, and if you leave, it keeps running and everything comes with you. Start at Foundation, then climb one rung at a time — only when a real moment makes you want to. See the whole path →

Included In Every Plan
Core Care

Automatic Security Updates

We keep your ERPNext updated and current on every plan we sell — and it all runs in your cloud, on your keys, on your code. Not ours to hold hostage.

Start on Foundation — $1,000/mo

Your plan fee covers managing and securing the system. You still pay Google directly for the computing you use — at cost, exactly what we pay. No markup, no middle layer.

What every plan covers

  • Your own ERPNext on your Google Cloud — you hold the only keys to your data
  • Core Care: automatic security updates for ERPNext and its official apps
  • Unlimited users and the full all-in-one software — accounting, inventory, sales, CRM
  • Ask-mode AI assistant — ask questions about your data in plain English (Google's business AI, at cost)
  • Every update saves a backup first and automatically undoes itself if anything fails
  • Managed daily backups + fast recovery
  • 24/7 monitoring, fully managed — a human watching and answering
  • Walk away anytime — revoke our access and keep everything running

Where the plans differ

Every plan starts here, beginning with Foundation ($1,000/mo), the managed platform. Operations ($2,500/mo) adds the agent roster — drafts that wait for your approval; Autonomy ($5,000/mo) adds advanced agents and enterprise infrastructure; Custom Build is scoped to your operation.

Usage-based — no monthly minimum
Fractions

of a cent / action

The moment you want the AI to act, not just answer.

Ask-mode AI is included in every plan — it tells you the answer. Action-mode does the work itself: sends the invoice, posts the entry, reconciles the bill. You only pay when it actually does something.

  • Billed by the action — fractions of a cent
  • A hard monthly ceiling you set — it stops there
  • Live cost meter — no surprise bill, ever
  • No subscription — layers onto any plan

Foundation

Starting at $1,000 /mo

The day you want the business running on software you own — with a human watching it.

  • Core Care: automatic, always-on security updates for ERPNext and its official apps
  • Every update saves a backup first and automatically undoes itself if anything fails
  • Managed daily backups + fast recovery
  • 24/7 monitoring, fully managed — a human watching and answering
  • Unlimited users — never a fee for every employee who logs in
  • Ask-mode AI assistant (Google's business AI, passed through at cost)
  • Standard-speed servers, in a single location
  • 5 support hours / month (unused hours roll over for 90 days)

  • Own your data and code — walk away anytime
Agents Join

Operations

Starting at $2,500 /mo

The day the busywork should arrive drafted, waiting for your OK.

The plan where the agent roster switches on — each one drafts the work and waits for a person to approve it.

  • Everything in Foundation
  • Operations agents: collections reminders, cash forecasts, margin and churn monitoring — drafted for your approval
  • Every run logged and priced, with a link to the document it drafted
  • Faster, higher-performance servers
  • 15 engineering hours / month (unused hours roll over for 90 days)
  • Same-business-day support
  • A $750 credit toward moving off your old system
Advanced Agents

Autonomy

Starting at $5,000 /mo

The day a stoppage costs more than the software ever will.

For operations where the heavier drafting work — invoices, quotes, contracts, the close — is worth handing to agents.

  • Everything in Operations
  • Advanced agents: invoice checking, instant quotes, contract checks, month-end close — every draft waits for a person
  • Planning agents: stock plans, crew schedules, shortage warnings — proposed, never self-executed
  • Enterprise servers, backed up across multiple locations
  • 30 engineering hours / month (unused hours roll over) + a named lead architect
  • Same-day support with 4-hour critical response
Custom Development

Custom Build

Let's talk

When your operation is one of a kind, and off-the-shelf can't fit it.

For complex, regulated, or global operations with one-of-a-kind needs.

  • Everything in Autonomy
  • Custom-built modules around your exact processes
  • Running live in several locations at once + a custom response promise (e.g. 99.9% uptime — under about nine hours down a year, 1-hour critical)
  • Hands-on, white-glove migration
  • Your own dedicated engineering team

Every plan includes: unlimited users · you own the data & code · Google Cloud computing at cost · device management $15/device/mo

Illustrative comparison: an unlimited-user plan vs a comparable ERP that charges ~$120/month for every employee who logs in. Run your own numbers in the calculator below; see competitor-pricing notes at the foot of this page.

No contract, ever

Month to month. Cancel anytime — we earn the next month every month.

You keep everything

Leave and your data and code come with you. It runs in your cloud, on your keys.

No surprise bills

Flat fee, Google Cloud at cost, AI capped by a ceiling you set. Nothing hidden.

30-day money-back guarantee

If a managed plan isn't right for you in the first 30 days, we refund that month's management fee — no argument. Your system keeps running in your own cloud either way. (Google Cloud computing and scoped one-off work are billed as used.)

Ownership Commitment

Complete Data Ownership

You hold the only keys to your data (the Customer-Managed Encryption Keys). We manage the system, but we never own what's inside it. And if we ever part ways, you keep everything — your data and the software both come with you.

What You Can Add On

Everything here is priced on what you actually use — never on how many people you employ. You pay a flat monthly fee, plus Google Cloud's costs passed straight through with no markup.

Base Fee

Managed Cloud Care

$1,000/mo

Around-the-clock monitoring, Google Cloud management, managed security updates, and automatic backups that get you running again fast. This is the management piece inside Foundation — same fee, bought on its own.

Per Device

Device Management

$15/device/mo

Manage every company laptop and phone, keep an eye on their health, isolate any device that's out of line, and lock or wipe lost ones remotely.

Dynamic

Google Cloud Usage

~$150–$2.5k/mo

Google Cloud's computing, storage, and network costs, passed straight through to you at cost. Scales with the size of your business.

Usage-Based

AI Assistants

Fractional cents/action

You only pay when an AI assistant actually does something — billed by the action, not a fixed monthly subscription you might not use.

Migration Assistance

Moving off an old system by hand is the hard part. Let us move your data for you — for one client we moved more than 300,000 records out of four separate systems in an eight-week switch-over, with duplicates removed, every record checked, and nothing lost. Read that case study →

Starts at $750 and scales with the volume and complexity of your data — we scope it to the work, never per employee. Operations ($2,500/mo) and above include a $750 credit toward the move.

Beyond your plan's hours
$85 /hour

Additional Engineering

Need more than your plan's included engineering hours in a given month? Extra senior engineering time is $85/hour — only when you use it, never a standing fee.

Volume discounts apply as your committed hours grow. Your plan's included hours are always used first, and roll over for 90 days.

Setup & data moves are a fixed price. We scope the work and quote a number up front — never open-ended hourly billing, never a surprise. The monthly plans above cover running and securing what we build.

Common Questions

Pricing & Ownership FAQ

Is ERPNext really free?

ERPNext is free, open-source software with no license fee and no cost per employee. You pay for the Google Cloud computing it runs on plus setup and management — never for the number of people who log in. That's why adding users doesn't increase your software bill.

How is Infinary's pricing different from NetSuite or SAP?

Old all-in-one systems charge a recurring fee for every employee who logs in, so cost grows with headcount. Infinary charges a flat management fee (from $1,000/mo) plus your raw Google Cloud computing passed through at cost — with unlimited users. As you grow, your per-employee cost stays at zero.

What's included in the Foundation plan?

Foundation ($1,000/mo) is the managed platform — the system your business runs on, run for you. It covers your own ERPNext in your own Google Cloud with your own keys, Core Care automatic security updates, every update taking a backup first and undoing itself if anything fails, managed daily backups with fast recovery, 24/7 monitoring with a human watching and answering, unlimited users, the ask-mode AI assistant, standard-speed servers in a single location, 5 support hours a month (unused hours roll over for 90 days), and next-business-day email support. Google Cloud computing is passed through at cost. AI agents start at Operations — Foundation is the managed platform. Higher plans also add more engineering hours (15 then 30 a month, with unused hours rolling over), faster servers, and faster support.

Can I start without talking to sales?

Yes. Foundation is self-serve: you sign up, start the $1,000/mo subscription with a card, and we get to work — no call required, no long-term contract, and a 30-day money-back guarantee on the management fee. Setup and any data move are scoped and quoted separately up front, so you see a number before anything starts. If you'd rather talk it through first, book a review and we'll size it with you.

Which plan should I start on, and when do I move up?

Start on Foundation — it's the recommended starting point and it covers everything needed to run safely. AI agents start at Operations ($2,500/mo): that's the day you want the busywork arriving drafted — collections reminders, cash forecasts, margin checks — each one waiting for a person to approve it. Move to Autonomy ($5,000/mo) the day the heavier drafting work matters: invoice checking, instant quotes, contract checks, the month-end close. Plans are month to month, so moving up or down is never a negotiation.

What isn't covered by the monthly fee?

The plan fee covers managing and securing your system. Separate from it: Google Cloud computing, billed by Google at cost with no markup; action-mode AI, billed per action under a ceiling you set; device management at $15/device/mo; engineering time beyond your plan's included hours at $85/hour; and one-off work like setup or a data move (from $750), which we scope and quote up front. Nothing is charged per employee, ever.

How does action-mode AI billing work — can I cap it?

Yes, and the cap is yours. Action-mode AI is billed by the action — fractions of a cent each — only when the assistant actually does something, never a fixed subscription you might not use. It requires a card on file and a hard monthly ceiling you set; you watch a live cost meter and bulk actions ask for confirmation first. If you hit your ceiling, it stops. There is no surprise bill.

Can I pay annually, and is there a discount?

Yes. Pay a year at a time on any management plan and you get two months free — about 17% off versus paying month to month. You can also stay monthly with no penalty; the choice is yours, and there's still no long-term contract either way.

Is there a money-back guarantee?

Yes — managed plans carry a 30-day money-back guarantee on the management fee. If a plan isn't right for you in the first 30 days, we refund that month's fee, and your system keeps running in your own Google Cloud regardless. Google Cloud computing (passed through at cost) and any scoped one-off work like a data move are billed as used.

What if I need more engineering hours than my plan includes?

Your plan's included hours are used first and bank for 90 days. Beyond that, additional senior engineering time is $85/hour — billed only when you use it, never as a standing fee — and volume discounts apply as your committed hours grow.

Are there contracts, setup commitments, or cancellation fees?

No long-term contract and no cancellation fee — paid plans are month to month, and you can move up, down, or out whenever you like. Because your system runs in your own Google Cloud on your own keys, leaving just means we step back: your ERPNext keeps running and your data and code stay exactly where they are. Setup and data-move work is scoped and quoted up front as a separate one-off, so you always know a number before anything starts.

Do I own my data and my system?

Yes. ERPNext runs inside your own Google Cloud project, you hold the only keys to your data, and if we ever part ways you take your data and code with you. You're never locked in to us.

How long does an ERPNext implementation take?

Most go live in about 90 days (an 8–12 week plan): moving and tidying your data and locking down your own private, walled-off section of Google Cloud, setting up the all-in-one software and teaching the AI about your data, then the day you go live and training your team.
