How does action-mode AI billing work — can I cap it?
Yes, and the cap is yours. Action-mode AI is billed by the action — fractions of a cent each — only when the assistant actually does something, never a fixed subscription you might not use. It requires a card on file and a hard monthly ceiling you set; you watch a live cost meter and bulk actions ask for confirmation first. If you hit your ceiling, it stops. There is no surprise bill.
Can I pay annually, and is there a discount?
Yes. Pay a year at a time on any management plan and you get two months free — about 17% off versus paying month to month. You can also stay monthly with no penalty; the choice is yours, and there's still no long-term contract either way.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Yes — managed plans carry a 30-day money-back guarantee on the management fee. If a plan isn't right for you in the first 30 days, we refund that month's fee, and your system keeps running in your own Google Cloud regardless.
