Thirteen weeks of cash, forecast every morning — assumptions shown.
Cash Forecaster
Every morning at 6, it reads your open payables, receivables, payroll where readable, and committed purchase orders, then drafts a rolling 13-week cash forecast — an expected case and a stressed one, every figure carrying its sources and a confidence range. What you do about it is up to you.
Like every Infinary agent, it drafts — a person on your team approves before anything is posted.
What it does
The Cash Forecaster assembles the near-term cash position from what the system actually knows: payables with due dates, receivables weighted by each customer's real payment behavior, payroll where it can read it, and committed spend on open purchase orders. It drafts one forecast document with an expected scenario and a stressed one — collections slipping, payables on time. Every figure carries the documents it came from and a confidence band; anything it cannot read is reported as unknown, never as zero, and the forecast states plainly what it therefore excludes.

The Problem Today
"Cash forecasts live in fragile spreadsheets that are out of date the week after they're built. The tight week arrives as a surprise, and surprises get expensive."
How Infinary Handles It
The forecast rebuilds itself every morning from live records, with its uncertainty written on its face. When a tight week shows up eight weeks out, you negotiate calmly now instead of scrambling then.
What a run looks like
What a run looks like
Picture a seasonal contractor whose spring purchasing lands months before customers pay. The morning forecast shows the expected case clearing every week — but the stressed case, with collections slipping two weeks, dips below comfortable in mid-April.
The owner sees the tight week six weeks before it exists, calls two suppliers, and arranges terms while it's still a conversation instead of a crisis. The forecast drafted the warning; the phone calls were human.
Cash Forecaster
How It Works
Step
By Step
Read
It reads open payables, receivables, payroll where readable, and committed purchase orders.
Analyze
It weights receipts by real customer payment behavior and runs an expected case and a stressed case.
Draft
It drafts the 13-week forecast — every figure with its sources, a confidence range, and named exclusions.
You approve
Leadership reads it and decides what, if anything, to do. The agent touches no ledger entry.
What Changes
What You Get
The forecast is drawn from live records daily — never a spreadsheet someone has to remember to update.
Every figure carries a confidence band, and what couldn't be read is named — unknown is never zero.
It drafts a forecast note and changes nothing else.
