What we're building
Working from the inbox is a surface, not an agent — so this is being reclassified and built as a proper Google Workspace add-on rather than dressed up as something it isn't. The intent stays the same: see the customer's history beside their email, and draft an update — a new lead, a logged call — without switching tabs. Drafted is the operative word: changes land as drafts in the system your business runs on, where a person confirms them. If working from Gmail and Docs is the piece you need first, say so — it shapes what gets built next.
