The Problem: Old Software and the Fee for Every Login
Business software today puts you in a tough spot. For years, the choice has been the same: pick old, rigid software you can’t change to fit how you work, or rent newer software that charges you more every time you add an employee.
We call that second one a fee for every employee who logs in.
There’s no good reason to pay more just because you hired more people. With today’s cloud computing and AI, your software bill should track the computing power you actually use, not your headcount. The old vendors set it up this way to grow their own revenue, not to help your business move faster.
