Non-Disclosure Commitment: Infinary does not sell, lease, or distribute your Personally Identifiable Information (PII) to third-party data brokers. Lead data is used strictly for internal qualification and technical consultation.

DATA_SOVEREIGNTY_LOGIC

Unlike legacy SaaS providers, Infinary operates on a Data Sovereignty model. We do not own, harvest, or monetize the data within your ERPNext environment. All operational data resides exclusively within your dedicated Google Cloud project, secured by your Customer-Managed Encryption Keys (CMEK).

Cookies & Analytics

We use privacy-respecting analytics to monitor site performance and improve user experience. These tools collect anonymized usage data (e.g., page views, browser types) and do not track individual users across the wider web.

Third-Party Tools

We may utilize specialized GCP logging and security tools to protect our perimeter. These integrations are governed by Google's Cloud Data Processing Addendum (CDPA), ensuring high-standard enterprise protection.
